About Rapttor

Two decades.
Four countries.

We started as a local computer shop in 2004. We grew into a software consultancy trusted by companies from Sarajevo to Zurich. The engineers are the same — the problems got bigger.

Timeline

2004
Founded as MIKS Computers
Started as a local IT services and hardware shop in Prijepolje, Serbia. First custom software project delivered in year one.
2008
First accounting software release
Launched the first version of our accounting platform, initially serving 12 local companies. Now at 400+.
2012
Rebranded to Rapttor Agency
Expanded scope to full-service software development and internet marketing. Offices in Bosnia and Montenegro opened.
2016
Switzerland office established
Opened a Swiss presence to serve Western European clients directly — bridging the EU timezone and regulatory context with our regional engineering team.
2019
Ulaznica.org launched
Built and deployed a high-throughput regional ticketing platform from scratch — distributed inventory locking, multi-gateway payments, reseller API, and custom door-staff support apps. Now serving 5 Balkan countries.
2021
AI & Web3 practice launched
First LLM pipeline integrations shipped using GPT-3. Solana integrations followed in 2022. AI automation is now a core engineering practice across client projects.
